Board of Directors Special Meeting May 10, 2011 - 6:30 PM
Members Present: Tom Murtha, Rosalie Newman, Cindy McIntyre, Jim Solomon, Diane Savinelli, Steve Meeker, Denise Rodriguez
Members Not Present: Susan Improta, Ashley Mele, Layne Lescault, Maureen Birden, Ron Pekrul, Leonard Penna, Paul Mangiafico
Staff Members Present: Jessi Zeigler, Jill Pluta, Sheila Russo
1. Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm on May 10, 2011 by Tom Murtha in the downstairs meeting room at 17 Church Hill Road.
a) Roll Call- the roll of the Board of Directors was taken and a quorum was established.
2. Executive Session
A motion was made by Diane Savinelli and seconded by Steve Meeker to go into Executive Session. Went into Executive Session at 6:35 pm.
A motion was made by Diane Savinelli and seconded by Jim Solomon to end Executive Session. End of Executive Session at 6:49 pm.
A motion was made by Diane Savinelli and seconded by Steve Meeker to extend job offer as discussed in Executive Session. Motion passed unanimously by the Board.
3. Adjournment
At 6:54 pm motion made by Steve Meeker and seconded by Rosalie Newman to adjourn. Motion passed unanimously by the Board.
